We really enjoyed our stay overall! The house was clean, quiet, comfortable, and the beds were great. The location was also convenient for visiting Fredericksburg, San Antonio, and Austin. Chuck was extremely responsive, accommodating, and a pleasure to deal with.

We stayed for 2 nights at Chuck's beautiful home in Blanco. All the 5 star reviews are correct. If you are looking for a place to stay in Blanco then no need to double guess, I recommend you go ahead and just book this place. The house was clean, comfortable and safe. My kids loved the pool while I enjoyed the hot tub. Inside the home the A/C was superb especially since the temp outside was high 90s. Overall, the home was very cozy and comfortable with plenty of beds and super clean bathrooms. The only thing we missed was the star gazing (not chuck's fault lol) because there was a LOT of cloud cover at night. Needless to say, we will be back at Chuck's place in a few months time. Finally, a big thank you to Chuck and his team for providing us with a home away from our home.

House was very welcoming, had an easy check in as well as an early check out. Lots of cute restaurants and antique places to visit that are walking distance away. Definitely recommend Blanco River Pizza company to grab a bite. Had the best home made pizza! The back yard and big walk in shower were one of my Pros at this location. Really enjoyed my stay and very pet friendly.
