3/2, Private hot tub, fireplace, firepit

The house was clean and exactly as expected from the listing. The beds in all 3 bedrooms were comfortable. We did not use the hot tub or the griddle but both looked nice enough. The hosts were in frequent communication via AI Assistant. Though we didn’t need anything during our stay, I’m confident I would have gotten a quick response.We hit up the Thursday night Farmer’s market, Pedernales Falls State Park, Real Ale, and the Apple Deutsch for a breakfast treat (among other things). Great central location to access many Hill Country destinations.

Chuck was a very kind and responsive host. The house was very clean and we greatly appreciated that it had a fully stocked kitchen. It had all the utensils and cookware needed to cook a couple of nice dinners. There are also two side by side bathrooms, so my husband and I didn’t have to take turns getting ready in the morning which was really nice. Also, the home is pet friendly, so we were able to bring our dog with us and it was great that he was welcome there.

Amazing place, with a big expansive backyard that can handle multiple dogs. We had a Staffy and he absolutely enjoyed running around in the backyard. There were couple of week spots in the fence, but those were fairly easily avoidable (unless the dog is an escape artist). The house itself was beautiful and spacious with 3 beds, and 1 comfy convertible sofa. Would definitely recommend this to anyone.

Such a beautiful and clean home! Everything went smoothly, and we really enjoyed our stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone!

Great find for last minute stay for work conference. If it had been the weekend would have booked another night! Clean, quiet, access to nearby food places🙌

The home was comfortable and well maintained. The neighborhood was quiet and a very short walk to some nice shops and restaurants. Overall great stay and I’d recommend.

Increíble todo es igual a las fotos! Limpio, ordenado y zona segura. Definitivamente está cómodo para la familia y mascotas, Yacuzzi impecable limpio! Lo usamos y todo excelente!!!!! Amamossss pasar vacaciones en la casa de Chuck Solo un detalle… El día que íbamos hacer el checkout nos sorprendió una persona que desde temprano estaba haciendo limpieza del patio. Hicimos nuestro checkout antes de la hora establecida. Mi sugerencia es: No hay problema que lleguen antes pero sería mejor que nos avisaran para estar en entendido.
